TAIN TWO TOPPED "How-did-I do?" CATEGORIES
By ROBIN WILSON
Arriving unexpectedly at the office door of the Tain Golf Club in the week before Christmas were two big boxes
addressed to club members Claire Ross and Ewan Chisholm.
When opened the boxes contained two Titleist branded golf bags and dozens of the same manufacturer's golf balls. They had come from the national golf score rankings network "How-Did-I-Do", and were the rewards for the aforementioned Claire and Ewan. pictured below, after they each enjoyed a tremendous golfing season.

Both had come out on top of their
respective club handicap divisions. Claire reduced her handicap from 3.4 to
1.8 and Ewan, in only his second golfing year, dropped his handicap from 24
to 10. Claire also won the overall ladies' order of merit, a fantastic
achievement.
Tain Golf Club secretary Magi Vass
said “For both the gents and ladies
winners to come from the same club is truly remarkable. The Club are very proud
of them and hope they keep up the good golf in 2015”.
