SALLY WATSON'S DOUBLE-EAGLE

Sally Watson clawed her way back into joint fourth position after a nightmare outward half in the third round of the Oates Victoria Women's Open at 13th

The Scot salvaged a level-par 73 with a six-under-par run over her last six holes.
The Edinburgh-born former Curtis Cup player birdied the 13th, had an eagle 3 at the long 14th, a birdie at the 15th and an eagle 2 at the 370yd 16th.
Amazingly, Watson also had an eagle 3 - at the fifth - in her error-strewn outward half of 41 which saw her run up two double bogeys and three bogeys.
After another bogey at the 11th, the Scot had her back to the wall. Then came her six-under-par grandstand finish, covering her inward nine in only 32 strokes.
Sally had opened with a pair of 69s to share the lead.
Now she is tied fourth on 211, five behind Norwegian leader Marianne Skarpnord who has scored 70, 68 and 68 for 13-under 206 over the par-73 circuit.
England's Holly Clyburn is in second place on 2089 with rounds of 72, 68 and 69.
Ellon's Michele Thomson, like Sally Watson a former Curtis Cup amateur, is sharing 23rd place on 220 after rounds of 76, 72 and 72.
Glasgow's Kylie Walker had a bad day at the office. She returned a 77 for 225 and has tropped to a share of 45th place.
England's Laura Davies has come roaring back after an opening 78 with rounds of 67 and70 for a share of 10th place on 215.
