Anne Laing wins fifth D and A county title

Former Scottish women's amateur champion Anne Laing (Troon Ladies) has won the Dunbartonshire and Argyll women's county championship for a fifth time.

The leading qualifier, Anne beat Fiona Rattray (Douglas Park) by 5 and 3 in the final, having previously won the county title in 1995, 1998, 2001 and 2013.
Michelle Anderson (Hilton Park) beat Lynn Macdonald (Cardross) 5 and 4 in the Bronze Division final.
RESULTS
Semi-finals - Anne Laing (Troon Ladies) bt Lori Macdonald (Cardross) 4 and 3, Fiona Rattray (Douglas Park) bt Aileen Baker (Hilton Park) at 19th.
Final - Laing bt Rattray 5 and 3.
