Norfolk senior year student Jennfier wins The Bash at the Beach

Jennifer Hide from Norfolk, in her final month or two as a student at Bethune-Cookman University, won The Bash at the Beach tournament individual honours at a top Florida course, LPGA International Champions Course, Daytona Beach.
Jennifer (pictured) had rounds of 71 and 69 for a four-under-par total of 140 over a par-72 course of 6,084yd - probably the best two rounds she has strung together on the US women's college golf circuit
She headed a field of 53 playeers by one shot.
Bethune Cookman team mate Alice Plumb, a sophomore from Somerset, had scores of 89 and 91 for 180 and 38th place.
The Embry Riddle University pair of Sophie Olley (T8 on 151:73-78) and Hannah Robb (T17 on 158: 82-76) did well
Seminole State (579) won the team title ahead of Northwood (589) with Bethune Cookman (618) third and Embry Riddle (632) fourth in a field of nine teams.
