Olivia keeps on Winning in France

Olivia Winning from Rotherham, winner of the "Helen Holm" at Troon in 2013, is through to Sunday morning's quarter-finals of the French Under-21 girls match-play championship for the Esmond Trophy at St Cloud Paris.

Olivia, no longer a student at Tulane University, New Orleans, beat Emma Grechi (France), the No 3 seed, by two holes to reach the last eight.

Winning, the 10th qualifier, will now play the 22nd qualifier, Elin Esborn from Sweden in the round of the last eight. The semi-finals will be played on Sunday afternoon with the final over 36 holes on Monday.
