Louise v Laura in Stirling and Clackmannan final

Louise Macgregor (Falkirk) won the battle of past champions in the semi-finals of the Stirling and Clackmannan women's county championship at Braehead Golf Club.

Louise avenged last year's defeat in the final by former Curtis Cup player and past British champion Alison Davidson (Stirling) by 3 and 2.
Tonight's final will see Macgregor, pictured, play local girl Laura Bissett who beat Claire Capocci (Bridge of Allan) in a quality match by one hole in the other semi-final.

Louise, county champion four years in a row from 2010, went two up in the early stages against Alison  but the match was all square after 10 holes. 
In the other semi-final, Laura Bissett was two under par and the better ball five under the card.
