MacLaren tied for fourth after first round of the NCAA St. George Regional

ST. GEORGE, Utah – Florida International University third-year student Meghan MacLaren from Wellingborough, England is off to a fast start in NCAA post-season play, as she is tied for fourth place at the NCAA St. George Regional. MacLaren shot a one-over 72.
California's Pauline Loulier is the current leader, as she shot three-under on the first day and leads MacLaren by four strokes. MacLaren is one stroke out of second, as she sits in five-way tie for fourth. Round two of the three-round tournament will continue on Friday.

Meghan ranked No. 25 in World
+Meghan MacLaren is No 25 after this week's revision by the R and A of the Women's World Amateur Rankings. It is her highest ranking yet. Ireland's Leona Maguire is No 2. The only Brit above Meghan is Bronte Law from Cheshire in third place.
