Scot Rachael shares lead at Raleigh Regional
Airdrie-born Rachael Taylor (North Carolina State), pictured, shared the first-round lead on three-under-par 69 with Sweden's Madalene Sagstrom (Louisiana State), who
is likely to be in the Continent of Europe team for the Vagliano Trophy match against GB and I at Malone GC, Belfast next month, in the NCAA Raleigh Regional, hosted by NC State at its Lonnie Poole course.
They jointly head a field of 96 players by one shot.
Louisiana State (288) have a narrow lead over NC State (290) with Ohio State (292) a close-up third.
