Sheena Wood retains North Vets' championship
Sheena
Wood (Aberdeen Ladies) successfully defended her title in extremely
windy conditions at Panmure Golf Club, Barry today (Tuesday).
After
beating Jill Harrison (Cruden Bay) 3 and 2 in the morning semi-finals,
Sheena, pictured, had a 6 and 5 win over Susan Arbuckle (Ladies Panmure Barry) in
the final.
Lynne
Terry (Cruden Bay) won the silver handicap championship. She beat Agnes
Freeman (Ladies Panmure Barry) by one hole in the final.
Olive Robb (Murcar Links) won the bronze handicap championship
