Murcar Links extended their  dominant record in the Aberdeenshire Ladies County Golf Association Lyon Trophy double foursomes inter-club match-play golf tournament when their Number 1 team of four players, Julie Henderson, Carol Wilson, Kathleen Thomson and Tegan Seivwright won the tournament for the second year in a row.

They beat host club Deeside's quartet of Fiona Hay, Sarah Black, Katherine Teow and Rhian Anderson  by a combined margin of 10 holes at the Bieldside course today (Tuesday).

Murcar Links' other recent wins in the tournament - 2014, 2012, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007 and 2004.
