Kirsten Brown wins West title with better  

inward half at Cawder

 

Kirsten Brown (Strathaven), pictured above by courtesy of Jean Macintyre,  won the West of Scotland championship at Cawder Golf Club on Sunday. Kirsten had a gross 76 (better inward half), from Susan McGrenaghan, (Mount Ellen) (better last 6) from Anne Laing (Troon Ladies)

The SS was 73, CSS 75
Susan McGrenaghan won the handicap Salver with a net 71. Lorna McClymont (Milngavie GC) won the handicap voucher with a net 74. 

Fiona Rattray (Douglas Park) won the Junior handicap prize with a net 77
The Lanarkshire team of Lesley Lloyd, Susan McGrenaghan and Susan Wood won the Team Trophy (76, 78) while the Junior Team Trophy was won by the Dunbartonshire and Argyll A team of Lori MacDonald, Fiona Rattray and Lorna McClymont won the Junior Team Trophy (Net 74, 77).
