S.V.L.G.A. (West) Autumn Meeting at Balmore Golf Club --    73 ladies played at Balmore G.C. yesterday --

Anna Telfer and Gillian Kyle played under an extra handicap as their clubs had not arrived back from Lithuania.
Lesley Lloyd managed to retrieve hers at 8am from Glasgow Airport before coming to Balmore and did well to win the Scratch prize.
Some players found the greens difficult -- one player had 6 putts before eventually managing to get the ball in the hole ! Not however, Vice Captain - June Lockhart (Gleddoch) who had a gross 80 net 68 and won the May Craddock Trophy for the best net score.
