Top 10 finish by Rachel Walker but disappointment for 

Heather Munro at Lady Pirate tournament

Rachel Walker (Old Dominion University), a third-year student from Dumfries,

finished joint seventh in a field of 90 players at this week's Lady Pirate Intercollegiate tournament at BrookeValley Country Club, Greenville, North Carolina.

Rachel, pictured right, had rounds of 72, 77 and 75 for a total of 224 - seven shots behind the winner by a three-stroke margin, Alessandra Liu (William and Mary University) who had scores of 72, 70 and 74 for one over par 217 at a par-72 6,039yd course.
Heather Munro from Monifieth, a sophomore student at Elon University, finished T27 with disappointing scores of 80, 77 and 77 for 234,
Olivia Jay (Radford University) , a third-year student from York, finished T69 on 252 with scores of 84, 81 and 87. 
East Carolina (891) won the team honours ahead of Old Drominion (898) and Elon (921).

Level par total leaves Callum in final T23 position

Callum McGuigan (University of the Cumberlands) finished T23 in a field of 87 at the Deer Park Classic at the Country Club of Oglesby, Illinois
McGuigan, pictured, from Crieff, has scores of 72, 74 and 70 for level par 216. The fact that he finished "only T23" indicates he was competing against a strong field.
