Scot Nicola Robertson in leading 10 with a 75
SALISBURY, North Carolina – The King University women's golf team returned to
the course on Monday and carded a 309 in the first round of the Patsy
Rendleman Invitational. The Tornado are in third place of 14 teams and
were led by Nicola Robertson.

- Robertson started her day with a 37 on the front nine and followed it with a 38 on the back for a total of three-over 75. She is tied for eighth after the first round.
- Also in the top 10 for the Tornado is Samantha Taylor who shot 38 on both the front and the back for a total of 76.
- Daphne Chang came in next with a score of 78, shooting 39 on the front nine and the back.
- Rounding out the team score was Elizabeth Swallow who carded an 80.
- Autumn Bergendahl carded a 103 for King.
- The University West Georgia leads the tournament with a score of 297 while UNC Pembroke is second at 299.
- West Georgia has the top two individuals with Stephanie Bennett leading with a score of 68 and Franziska Bremm in second with a 71.
