Curtis Cup team place contender Inci Mehmet (Royal Mid Surrey) improved to a share of 15th place on 150 after matching the par of 72 in her second round of the South Atlantic Ladies Amateur Championship ("The Sally") at Oceanside Country Club, Ormonde Beach in Florida.
Inci is 12 shots behind the leader by four, Kaitlyn Papp who has had rounds of 70 and 68 for 138.
Former British women's open amateur championship finalist, Meghan Stasi, a past US Curtis Cup team player when her maiden name was Bolger, is T35 on 156 (79-77).
