Heather Munro's tied third finish as she helps Elon University share team honours

Monifieth's Heather Munro finished tied third in a field of 118 players and her North Carolina university, Elon, were joint winners of the MSU Citrus Challenge women's college tournament at Red Tail Golf Club in Sorento, Florida on Tuesday.
Heather had rounds of 70, 73 and 74 for a one-over-par total of 217, three behind the winner, team-mate Kelsey Badmaev (72-70-72 for 214).
In the team event, first place was shared on 899 by Elon, Western Kentucky and James Madison in one of the closest finishes of the season.
Anglo-Scot Paige Kemp, a sophomore from Essex, and her Stetson University team-mate, Dollar's Eilidh Watson, finished joint 39th and 100th respectively.
Paige, whose mother comes from Stirling, had scores of 76, 78 and 79 for 233 while Eilidh shot 81-84-81 for 246.
Stetson (923) finished 11th in the team event.
