Scotland’s next generation of golfers is set to benefit from an extended sponsorship deal from the Loretto School Golf Academy, who will continue their investment in Scottish Golf’s youngest age- group national championship.

Loretto, the oldest boarding school in Scotland and the first school in the country to establish their own golf academy, has extended its sponsorship of the Scottish boys and girls U14s hampionship for a further three years, taking their association with the event to 2018, having first supported the championship back in 2004.

The new partnership follows hot on the heels of the opening of the highly-acclaimed indoor golf centre at the Loretto School Golf Academy, which features a state-of-the-art short game practice area, including chipping, pitching bunker play and putting, as well as two designated teaching studios with the latest video analysis equipment.

This year’s Loretto School Scottish Boys and Girls Under-14s Championship takes place at Craigielaw Golf Club, East Lothian from August 8 to 9.
