Aberdeenshire favourites to win Northern Division title
after beating Angus, then Northern Counties 

Aberdeenshire beat Angus 6-3 on Saturday and then trounced Northern Counties 8.5-0.5 on Sunday to establish themselves as favourites to win the Northern Division women's inter-county title at Edzell tomorrow (Monday).
Their final fixture is against Perth and Kinross who beat Northern Counties 5.5-3.5 on Saturday but lost 5-4 to Angus on Sunday.
The Northern Division title winners go forward to the Scottish women's county finals at Aboyne from September 16 to 18.

RESULTS:
Saturday - Perth and Kinross 5.5, Northern Counties 3.5; Angus 3, Aberdeenshire 6.
Sunday - Perth and Kinross 4, Angus 5; Northern Counties 0.5, Aberdeenshire 8.5.
