Kimberley Beveridge fifth in Texas in her first USA tournament of new college season

Kimberley Beveridge is back at Tyler Junior College, Texas instead of playing for Aberdeenshire in this weekend's Scottish county finals at her home course, Aboyne.
But she did finish fifth this week in a field of 60 players at her first tournament of the 2016-2017 USA women's college season.
It was the Texas Intercollegiate at Hawks Creek Golf Club and Kimberley, pictured, had ever-improving rounds of 79, 76 and 72 for a total of 227 over a par-72 course of 6,080yd.
She finished four shots behind the winner, Madison Frerking (Incarnate Word) who scored 74, 77 and 72 for 223.
