Laura Webb leads by five as Sheena Wood is only Scot to beat the cut at Caldy

Joint overnight leader Minna Kaarnalahti (Finland) slumped to a second-round 83 for 154 while Laura had another sub-par round, a 72, for a 36-hole tally of three-under-par 143.
Only one Scot, Sheena Wood (Aberdeen Ladies) survived the cut which fell at six-over 160. Sheena is on 156 after rounds of 76 and 80.
North Berwick's Dawn Young had her first ever hole in one at the par-3 eighth (133yd) with a six iron.
"One bounce and then in the hole," said a delighted Dawn who missed the cut with rounds of 87 and 80 for 167.
The eighth hole is the LGU’s designated “Birdie, for Breast Cancer Now” hole where the LGU donates £2 per birdie throughout any of the stroke play rounds and £50 for a hole in one .
Other Scots who missed the cut were Alison Bartlett (Royal Dornoch) on 161 (79-82) and Fiona De Vries (St Rule) with 81-83 for 164. She had three double bogeys over the last four holes. Also on the sidelines are Margaret Sievwright (Buckpool) with scores of 82-86 for 168 and Alex Glennie (Kilmarnock Barassie) (83-85). Sievwright had double bogeys at the 15th and 18th, either side of a quadruple bogey 8 at the 16th.
Glennie did not have a single birdie over the 36 holes.
