YOUNG ANNABELL LEADS ENGLAND'S TRIO IN TOP TEN AT HARDER HALL
Youngster Annabell Fuller moves up to fifth in Florida's Harder Hall Invitational
By COLIN FARQUHARSON
Three English girls are in the top 10 of the Harder Hall Women's Invitational after 36 holes of Florida's Orange Blossom Tour event at Harder Hall Golf and Country Club, Florida.
The youngest of them, Annabell Fuller (Roehampton), who was only 14 years of age when when she won last year's Sir Henry Cooper Junior Masters' girls' title by a double-digit margin, has moved up from T9 overnight to fifth place on her own after adding a one-under-par 71 to her opening 74.
On one-over 145, the Londoner, pictured, is only two shots behind the joint leaders, American Emmy Martin (72-71) and Michaela Williams (75-68).
Gemma Clews (Delamere Forest), 22, has slipped down from T3 overnight to eighth place on 149 with rounds of 73 and 76.
British women's open amateur stroke play champion Sophie Lamb (Clitheroe), 18, repeated her first-day 75 and stepped up from T12 overnight to a share of ninth place on 150.
Georgia Price (Bude and North Cornwall), who was T12 after a first-round 75, dropped back with a 79 for 154.
Louisa Brunt (Royal Birkdale) is on 158 with rounds of 80 and 78.
Twice Scottish women's open amateur stroke play champion Olivia Winning (Rotherham) broke 80 for the first time in the "Harder Hall" this week with a 78 - five better than her first round effort - and is on 16l.
