OLIVIA MEHAFFEY BACK IN FORM AT TUCSON

Curtis Cup player Olivia Mehaffey returned to form on Day 2 of the Pac-12 Women's Championship with a one-under-par 71 over the 6,583yd course at Sewallo Golf Club, Tucson, Arizona yesterday.
That was a nine-shot improvement on her opening round of 80 and she moved up 19 places on the scoreboard to T19 on 151, 14 shots behind UCLA's Lilia Vu (71-66 for 137) who leads by four from team-mate Bethany Wu (71-70).
Mehaffey birdied the first, fourth, eighth and 12th in her second round while she dropped strokes at the second, sixth and 18th.
There is a field of 55 competitors.
