WEST VETS SUMMER MEETING -- LESLEY LLOYD LEADS THE CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIERS

78 ladies played in the West Vets Summer Meeting at Ralston golf Club in lovely weather yesterday (11th May) and enjoyed the ‘apres golf’ alfresco !
The course looked splendid, although the ground conditions made it difficult to approach and hold the greens.

Ann Shanks - Best Net Score 

The Heather Anderson Trophy was won by Scottish Vets team  player Lesley Lloyd (Hayston) with a gross 79 who was the only player to break 80 and the lead the qualifiers for the West Vets Championship at the end of this month.  
The Super Vet was Helen Burnet with a nett 73 but the biggest star was Ann Shanks (pictured above) with a nett 68.
