Heavy rain forced the suspension of play in the second round of the Senior Women's British Open amateur championship at 2.42pm and no further play was possible on the day at Royal Belfast Golf Club
The tournament will end today (Thursday) when the second round will be completed in the morning before the third round commences.
Royal Dornoch's Alison Bartlett, who had a double bogey 6 at the eighth and a quadruple bogey 8 at the 10th was 22 over par for the tournament when play was halted. The projected cut figure is 18 over par.
Clubmate Ashley Rose will not make the third round after scores of 89 and 81 for 170.
