1. How did you get involved in sport?
"I became involved in golf as a teenager through my dad and brother playing the sport"
2. What’s your most memorable sporting moment?
"I've got 2 memorable sporting moments. The first being selected in 1988 for the Scottish Girls International Team and last year being part of Dumfriesshire Ladies Team winning the Scottish County Finals for the first time in the Associations history"
3. What barriers did you face getting to where you are now?
"To be honest I didn't encounter any barriers. I've been lucky to have had tremendous support from my family and both Dumfries golf clubs"
4. Who is your sports role model?
"Catriona Matthews"
5. What is the most rewarding part of being involved in sport?
"Life long friendships, travelling and playing different golf courses"
6. What advice would you have for young girls looking to get involved in sports?
"Try a variety of different sports and pick something you enjoy. Sport brings people together and it should be fun."
